These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kennedy Auto Sales website (the "Site") and related online services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who we are
The Site is operated by Kennedy Auto Sales ("we", "us", "our"), a business engaged in the sale of pre-owned vehicles. Contact details are available on our About & Contact page.

Vehicles, pricing, and availability
Inventory, descriptions, photographs, specifications, and prices shown on the Site are provided for general information. Vehicles are pre-owned unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability, mileage, equipment, and pricing are subject to change without notice until a sale is finalized in accordance with our in-dealership processes.
Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds us until we confirm terms in writing (or as required by law) at the dealership. Errors or omissions may occur; we reserve the right to correct them.
Financing and payment tools
Any financing or payment estimates or calculators on the Site are for illustration only. Rates, terms, approvals, and taxes depend on lenders, credit, and other factors. They are not a commitment to lend or a guaranteed payment. Final terms are determined by you and any financing provider you choose to work with.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, and layout) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law for personal, non-commercial viewing.
